We don’t ever compromise on quality and customer satisfaction. We gladly accept returns or exchanges.
Unfortunately, if 16 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The customer is also entitled to refund/return, in the following cases

  1. Wrong product received by the customer.
  2. Products have some defects (point no 7 will be applied to it).
  3. Product damaged in shipping (you can get an exchange free of cost or if you want a refund on this contact us on our given email).
  4. Product tampers.
  5. Please Note: Change of mind is not applicable.
  6. You will be responsible for paying the shipping back to us.
  7. If the order is cancelled (or refunded) by the customer due to any reason customer has to bear the service fee of 20%.
  8. The customer sends shipping details with the logistic tracking code.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify
you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


When Expect the Refund?


If you are approved for the refund, the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, You can see
the refund as a credit approximately 5-10 business days later, depending upon the bank.

Exchange:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange
it for the same item, send us an email at support@jaycify.com and wait for our reply we will send you the address where you send your item back for exchange.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
